Jarvis
A private business assistant for PrintHavenAndCo
Jarvis is a personal automation assistant used by the owner of PrintHavenAndCo, a small digital-products shop selling printable planners and wall art on Etsy, and puzzle books on Amazon KDP. It is not a public product and has no other users: it runs on the owner's own server and acts only on the owner's own accounts.
What it does
- Watches the shop's business inbox for order and payout notifications from Etsy and Amazon KDP, so nothing important is missed.
- Keeps the shop's asset library in sync: product files are uploaded to a Google Drive folder owned by the shop, checksum-verified, and only then removed from the server.
- Maintains a separate business calendar (publication tasks, marketing schedule, reminders) and sends the owner a Telegram reminder one hour before each task.
Which Google data it accesses, and why
- Gmail — read-only (
gmail.readonly): it only queries messages frometsy.comandamazon.comto report new order and payout emails. It cannot send, delete, or modify any email, and it does not read other mail. - Google Drive — app-created files only (
drive.file): it reads and writes only the files and folders this application itself created. It cannot see the rest of the owner's Drive. - Google Calendar — app-created calendar only (
calendar.app.created): it manages one calendar created by this application. The owner's personal calendars are not visible to it.
What it never does
- No data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
- No advertising, profiling, or analytics on Google user data.
- Google user data is not used to train or improve any machine-learning model.
- No human reads the data except the owner, in the normal course of running the shop.
